Returning orders


You can return the products shipped by post or by courier in maximum 14 days from their purchase (date on the invoice) in case you are not satisfied with their quality. Products must be in original packaging used and must not be accompanied by tax documents issued purchase.


You can also return the products purchased and paid within 30 days of receiving them in the following situations:
• The product is damaged or defective (fault / serious damage that influence their use);
• You received another product than that ordered;

Not accepted return of the products used (exp. Costumes worn and / or washed, used gloves, etc.)!

For damaged or wrong product shipped shipping charges will be borne by us expediarea by Romanian Post. If shipped by courier, freight costs will be borne by the customer.

To make return is enough to send us an email with account details conctact@budobest.eu its address.
